1. General Policy

Due to the nature of cosmetic and skincare products, we can only accept returns for items that are unopened, unused, and in their original sealed packaging.

  • Returned items must be in perfect resale condition.

  • A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns or exchanges.

2. Return Window

You may return eligible products within 14 days from the date of purchase (for in-store purchases) or from the date you receive your order (for online purchases).

3. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Opened, used, or unsealed products

  • Products without original packaging

  • Items purchased on sale, promotional bundles, or with special offers

  • Sheet masks, sample-size items, or single-use products

  • Refill station products (as they are dispensed per customer request)

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a product that is damaged or incorrect:

  • Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

  • Provide photos of the damaged or incorrect item.

  • We will replace the item or offer store credit if replacement is not available.

5. Refunds

Once your return is inspected and approved:

  • You may choose store credit or a refund to the original payment method.

  • Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank.

Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable, except in cases of incorrect or damaged items.

6. Exchanges

Exchanges are allowed for:

  • Unopened and unused items

  • Within 14 days

  • With proof of purchase

If the desired replacement item is of higher value, the price difference must be paid.

7. Online Order Returns

For online purchases:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is damaged or incorrect.

  • Items must be shipped back in secure packaging to prevent damage.

8. Refill Corner Policy

Due to the customized and environmentally friendly nature of our refill service:

  • Refill purchases are final and non-refundable.

  • Bring your clean and dry container for safe refilling.
